I started with piano lessons when I was eight, and have never stopped playing music since. I loved it enough to get both a BA and an MFA in electronic music. I am still deeply passionate about music performance, composition, and production to this day. A particular high point was writing many children’s songs during my time at Disney.
I have focused on six major instruments over the years: piano, voice, Hammond organ, keyboard-based synthesizers, modular synthesizers, and Chapman Stick.
I have released a dozen albums over the years, in the genres of progressive rock, jamband, soul jazz, and experimental electronic. You can find some of them on my Bandcamp page. I also have a YouTube channel focused on electronic music called Under the Big Tree.
